I didn't look, but I can tell you how I would have approached it.

Looks like Muslim style of building (onion top towers, thick crenelation on the battlements).
There aren't many areas that were Muslim occupied with that kind of vegetation, so that made me thing of moors in Spain or Portugal, and then I would have looked for Moorish castles in one of those countries.

edit: because I'm bored at work...

The Pena Palace has a profusion of styles much in accordance with the exotic taste of the Romanticism. The intentional mixture of eclectic styles includes the Neo-Gothic, Neo-Manueline, Islamic and Neo-Renaissance. References to other prominent Portuguese buildings such as the Belém Tower are also present.
Looks like I was partly right, partly wrong. It's not a Moorish castle, but it does have the Islamic influences I picked out. Very interesting history of that place.

Very interesting.

edit:
I have no idea....
Looks to be French style, but the trees and river don't fit... And that building is certainly not looking French to me anymore.... Could be somewhere in the US...
Would be nice to have a little wider view I think....

Edit:
Trees and river would fit east Europe... Zooming in on statue makes me think.... Russian?

Edit: Just saw the URL and ruined it for myself, someone else have a guess (WITHOUT READING THE LINK!)
