Default Air bag and central warning light wont come off

HI,
i recently change the 2 front seats of my 2000 93 convertible. But the air bag and central warning light are still on. I did reconnect the under cable of the driver seat to have my power seat working. How can i get those warning sings turn off?

Thank you.;.

If there are no problems, and the self tests are run successfully, the alarms will be extinguished in 20-40 run cycles... Ron

It seems to depend on the number and frequency of the number of starts where no alarms are present. The WIS does not give an exact number of starts before the ABS alarm is extinguished. Others have posted that if they disconnect the ABS controller for a period of time, the alarm will be extinguished if no faults exist... Ron

And it might be more that just a "start", as I tried to do lots of those and it didn't help. You may need a little drive time.

You can also go see someone with a Tech II who can tell you what the fault is that is showing and can reset the light. That way you could at least find out if you have a continuing problem.
