Default Viggen exhaust?

What is different about the viggen exhaust? just the tailpipe/tip?

Also are T7 O2 sensors compatible with T5?

I'm looking at getting rid of my JT kit and going with a stock catback system and a GS catted DP. At current stage 4 how much power loss will I feel?

It had a different muffler, too. There was also a Viggen Sport Exhaust that had a straight-through center pipe and a Remus rear muffler.

So it's still the roughly 2 and 1/3 diameter pipe?

Yes. They never changed the diameter.

Where exactly does the exhaust exit in relation to a standard 9-3 rear bumper?

If your question is "where does the Viggen exhaust exit in relation to the standard 9-3 bumper? ", then the answer is "in the wrong place".

The Viggen bumper has the cutout further to the outside edge of the bumper. You will need to modify the tailpipe if you plan to use a Viggen exhaust on a standard 9-3 bumper, or vise-versa. Some guys here have bent clamps and pulled and twisted to make it fit... not my cup of tea.
