Default Obd2 port no power

Hey guys my cars been away for the so called winter. I took her out the other day after killing my battery in storge. Before i stored the car my CEL was on code for speed sensor. Now after 93miles driven the light hasnt poped back on.

Today i went to get my SRS light turned off and my OBD2 port had no power.

Any ideas or tips were to look to see why my port has no power.

Also my dashlights and gauges flicker on/off. Only when cold out.

so today i checked my port and as i plug in a scanner three pins get pushed out, one being power and the other two being grounds..now the port works. SRS light is cleared.

DONT LET YOUR BATTERY GET LOW BEFORE YOU PULL IT OUT OR ELSE YOUR SRS LIGHT WILL COME ON. SRS light comes on do to low voltage

Good to hear... I was about to tell you to check for pins that had been pushed out :-)
