Cool slow drivers window

my 1999 95 estate drivers window is slow and does not shut right up ,it leaves a small gap on the top left of the window.could this be a problem with the little green rollers????

Does the window make a smooth sound going up and down or down it sound like it's going down a rough road?

If you do the rollers also check the rubber in the tracks as I found one on each door laying down in the bottom of the door. I used double sided sticky tape to secure them back in. I also found that if you spray the tracks with silicon spray it helps with less friction as the motor ages.
