As the thread title says guys i'm after some decent pics of 9-3's from you guys on here (or from any source really!) running wheel spacers....i'm in need of some inspiration and also trying to imagine what my car would look like with 15mm rear spacers and possibly 5mm or 10mm front spacers before i take the plunge....thanks in advance for any help.

Using larger spacers on the rear wheels compared to the front adversely effects handling in a front wheel drive vehicle. (although to be fair, a 5mm difference is not going to change much as far as daily driving goes) If you must use spacers, at least use equal sizes front and rear. If you are just going for look and don't care about the physics of it, go nuts. btw, cadwz24, your ride is sweet. Love the color and painted trim. Nicely done.

^+1 I agree on all counts, I was just going to post and say how sick cad's car looks. Really makes me wish I'd found an aero back when I was looking.

Kind of a hijack here! Curious though what springs you are running and if you are happy with them. I thought I wouldnt lower my SC but with the 18x8s and 235/40s I dont like the front tire/fender gap. Just dont know if I can deal with a rougher ride.

Thanks for the reply. Was actually asking the original poster. Im assuming he is lowered, maybe the 10mm difference from the aero springs is all though. Not sure. The SC takes a different spring rate, so megans are a no go w/o some type of spacer in the rear.

I'm curious how 15MM front and 25MM rear look with the OEM Aero 17"s from the current line up look....I prefer the fronts not to be totally flush, but rather in the fender a touch....

Well my wheels are very close to that, only an inch bigger in diameter. My wheels are the exact same specs as stock 17" wheels only in 18". So they have the same offset and width, which is what makes the difference when it comes to using spacers.

All the cars shown here look great. Spacers make a huge difference to the appearance.
Can I use spacers on my Turbo X? Cheers |

in all seriousness though, for no performance impact, keep the spacers equal at all four corners. If you don't care too much about a little extra understeer, then do the 15/25 combo. If you do 25mm all around, your front tires will protrude beyond the fender, 15mm bring the fronts exactly flush.

the set of H&R's i found come with the bolts, so unless i can find Eibach's or other H&R's for cheaper, i think i found them. for the quote below, do you have any handling problems, like understeer? and have you had any problems with any other parts now that the spacers are installed? Quote:

Venom, the car looks great on coils! How much lower can you go with them?
For riding around that looks PERFECT, for shows, I'd dump my car to the ground Looking for coils this spring |
