iPhone issue.
Since you are about the smartest collection of people on a forum, here is my deal....
Mine is acting up and I need help. When making or receiving calls, the other person can hear my voice for a few seconds (10-20) then the voice goes out. Call is still connected, I can still hear the other person, but it's like mine is muted, no it isn't muted. I tried restoring it, I tried another sim card, same result ever time. Bueller? Thanks in advance. iPhone 3g, V. 4.2.1 - AT&T

Back up the phone, boot it to DFU mode and reinstall iOS and set it up as a new phone and see if that fixes it. If it does, then use a third-party restore utility to move your data over.
But before you do that, try the "Reset Network Settings" function found under Settings -> General -> Reset and see if that resolves the issue.
