Complete set (1 pair) of headlights for ng900 or og9-3 with HID retrofit.
Retrofit comprises of:
Morimoto Mini D2S projectors
GTI-R chrome shrouds
Painted matte black original reflectors to reduce reflection
Custom made vacuum formed clear headlight lenses

You will still need your own bulbs (that way you can pick your temperature) you can use any D2S bulb that way you can use OEM bulbs (i.e. Phillips 85122), wiring and ballasts.

$350 + shipping, I will ship however you want, shipping from 03064 package dimensions 20" x 20" x 15" and weighs approx 14lbs.

Doesn't come with the wiring or ballasts, since some people might already have them if they have a pnp kit. Sorry no need for any parts right now.

I'm away for the weekend, these aren't on my car, this is a second set I made, but they are the same has the ones I made in this thread, actually they came out better.

Hey bud that looks flat out the best i have ever seen, and even i attempted this clear lens project two years ago with real glass but the glass was too thin and shattered!!!! i've been running the projectors with the HID kit for a bout 2 years as i am a customing guy myself where i work, but i put the project on the back burner for the longest time! and here comes you with this!! Great job man!! i hope the people around you realise the hard work you can do!! anyways down to business!! i don't need anything BUT the lens! i figured that you did it and you did it with a lot of patience and time, and precision so ill simply gonna buy the lenses from you! how much for the lenses driver and passenger sides give me a price for both please, as well did you test these peices on the highway, with rocks coming at them at 150 kmh???

Thanks, I might end up doing just the lenses. But I want to sell this assembly first.
I have been running a set on my car for several months with no problems from flying rocks.

Cost would be about $250. I would need a set of head lights with the lenses (or something else the exact size and shape of the lenses that could be used for a mold).

When I looked into the side lights on the ng900 there seemed no easy way to separate the lenses on the side lights, plus it has no real benefit other than making it match. I can do the headlights, but right now I'm not doing an side lights for any cars.

Actually upon closer inspection it appears that the bulb/bulb holder for the c900 (9004) is different than a ng900 (9003/H4) so the projectors wont fit. I am happy to make a set of the clear lenses (if you send the glass ones I can use for the mold, I will return them) for $50 plus shipping. Sorry for the confusion.

There are some pics on the 2nd and 3rd page of this thread I gonna do a proper aiming of them this weekend and will take some beam shots.

Driveway - Low Beam - In Car

Road - Low Beam - In Car, you can't really see from the picture, but the cut off does show across the trees

Fence - Low Beam - In Car

Fence - Hi Beam - In Car, the cutoff actually extends over the top of the fence

Building - Low Beam - In Car

Building - Hi Beam - In Car

Building - Hi Beam - Out Car

Building - Low Beam - Out Car, the cut off is level, it is the parking lot that slopes.

Ok so I have a set of ballasts and all the wiring/adapters you will need that I can throw in. So you just pick your bulbs (and D2S ones) install the headlights, hook up the wiring and you are good to go.
