engine warning light + TCS off

hi all,i own a 2000 9-5 2.3 turbo (petrol), my engine light has come on aswell as TCS off light , initial fault code was P1230 .garage claimed to have fixed it,all lights went out,but under hard acceleration the lights have come back on & car feels rough on tickover,only 50k on the clock ,any help would be appreciated..thanks

take a look at the throttle body, and open it when you push on it only one part of the throttle should move if the metal piece that is on the outside turns with it then you are in limp home mode and your throttle body should be reset look it up on youtube and save yourself some money it's easy to do. gook luck, and remember to spray some silicone lubricant on it after you reset it that could be the cause of it going to limp home mode.

had a new throttle body fitted ,but engine light still on,do you manually have to take car out of limp home mode?
