As my wife and I both have Saab, she is a college professor and I am still working towards my PhD to be a college professor

I'm a mechanical engineer working in the aerospace industry. My company (MTU Aero Engines) designs and produces (mostly) low pressure turbines for commercial applications.

I personally am an IPT project lead in the CIPT for OCE and the GP7000 LPT....my life is one giant acronym.

My father just retired from hamilton sunstrand / UTC after 30+ years... now he spends time going to TVR shows and spending money on his hole in the water, I mean his boat.

you might know him, hes on keeney st.... used to race vintage motorcycles (uscra)

Ha wow I envy him! I live a mile or so down 44/6 on Parker st, so right around the corner. I don't know many people up at HS and none that just retired, but it sounds like he made all the right decisions! Coincidentally, my (old) boss just moved to HS as a Cheif Engineer for Airsystems.

Mechanical Engineer in working for a power generation company. I'm surprised in the amount of Saab owners that are engineers. I think that says something for Saab.
