1993 9k cse tcs fuse 16 short

Could not install fuse 16: It would blow immediately. Short narrowed down to area between door lock controller and fuse 16. Bypass wire installed from fuse 16 to door lock controller and door locks working again and fuse does not short. Wiring diagram show junction J 35 between fuse 16 and door lock controller. Anybody know how to get to this junction and does is branch off elsewhere?
