Air Distribution Damper Issues

A couple of years ago I couldn't get the airflow to change positions (stuck on defrost). I had what I think was some damper position motor replaced, but the problem is coming back. I was recently stuck on defrost for a week before it began working normally again. Is this motor a problem or is something else causing the damper to stick, like a bushing or some other small part? The humidity was abnormally high while it was stuck.

ANy codes on the ACC? ( hit off and auto at the same time)
