Exhaust...stuff

so, with no search function, i have been reduced to asking my questions.

So, has anyone removed the resonator from the factory exhaust? any vids how it sounds?

and am i right in using mid-box as a resonator and back-box as muffler? i heard the terms on here and am not sure if that is the correct usage.
