yea it just glues on...happened to me...mine was driver side though, i heard its more expensive for passenger side since its a weird mirror

quick google search the drive side glass can be found anywhere, but the passenger side i cant even find...you may have to order it from a dealership or a collision shop that knows where to get it

It has a metal clip that wraps around it and will snap snuggly into place. You can pick up a replacement mirror at the link. This will cost $35.65 USD shipped and is the best deal available - It is not an OEM part but is near identical with the wide view and also has heating. Im thinking about picking one up for my left side because it has the wide veiw.

Quite a few of the car accessory folks carry replacement glass too.

If you want something truly special, ask for an autochromatic version to tone down the glare at night... can't believe these machines don't have that or an auto dim RV mirror....

I bought aftermarket anti glare ones on ebay for 40 bux after one of my mirrors got taken out. Surprisingly the anti glare works great at night with SUV and both mirrors have the convex lensing. Surprised the hell out of me .

Mine got loose and began vibrating going down the road one morning. When I got to work, I realized the mirror glass itself was hanging on by the proverbial thread to the plastic backing plate that attaches to the motor. I removed the glass the rest of the way, and then glued the glass back onto the plastic backing using 3M "Windo Weld" urethane adhesive #08609. Stuck that sucker back on solid and the heat still works since it's in the backing (just doesn't defrost quite as fast since there's a new layer of glue in there).

Default 9-3 ARC Turbo - Side mirror glass

I followed the eBay link and that's exactly what I need, but I can't wait for it to be shipped from the UK. Any other options that are local? I'm in the Chicago area.
