Is the exhaust system on the newer 9 5's stainless? Some of it-all of it?

I think you'll be hard pressed to find many companies that use stainless steel.
On that note, no, they are not.

The reason I ask is that out other GM van has stainless and I had understood that most newer systems are I would think a snow car like Saab would have same.

I believe they are made of aluminized steel.
