Thumbs up Saab in engagement pictures!

Thought ya'll might enjoy this.

My fiance and I just bought this '92 900, and our photographer loved the car, so she took some pics of us with it. Here's just one, I'll post some more later.

Nice! another Utah saaber! cool looking 900 man. the late 80's SPG has got to be my favorite saab of all time.

Any plans for it?

thanks guys!

Yeah, i LOVE the old-school ad look she put to it... this girl is super young, but she has talent with photographs, for sure.

As far as plans for this car... just make it run right (i'm having quite a few little issues with it... bugs i'm tryin to squash...) and get it fully roadworthy. Our ideas for the car are in-line with that last picture of two people sleeping in the back of it my fiance loves adventures and being outdoors, so when I told her that we could sleep in the back of this saab comfortably when we can't sleep under the stars on trips, she was 100% for it.

I also love the late 80's spg... and I plan on getting one, asap. there's one for sale here in Utah, but I have to at least sell my PT cruiser and possibly also her old camry before we can buy it... we'll see what happens.

the paint on this car is absolutely wasted, clear coat peeling off everywhere... so while i'm normally VERY strict about not climbing on cars and stuff, i had no problem with it in this case (as long as we caused no dents!!) so... we got some like this too.

Good stuff. She hasn't given us all the pictures she took, she posted just a couple on her website. Can't wait to see the rest!

one for sale around here huh?......where?

i check our classifieds often to see what i can find.....i rarely see any 9000s or 900s that seem like a really good deal. People just don't treat these cars like they should i guess

haha i can't remember where exactly. i have the guy's number though. it was up on ksl, 88 spg. needs a turbo though, and I think he's asking $2500 for it as is. i think he's asking a bit much, but then again, he says it's really clean, so it's hard to say.

I'll hopefully be selling my car this week, and if that happens... well.... Ima go look at the SPG.

where are you located?
