Go here...they're cheap and has warranty...buy the whole kit and just use the bulbs.

This is assuming you are talking about OEM HID bulbs replacements and not an HID conversion kit bulb.
Also, you should replace both bubs at the same time, else you will get a slightly different color out of each headlight.

basically guys.....i have the right lower beam bulb out and im selling the car so dont wanna spend much money. what is the best solution for this situation?

If it's factory HID's, get a pair of bulbs from ebay. D2S

If you're concerned about quality, look for Philips part number 85122. That's the OEM bulb. I just did a swap and it took less than 10 minutes to do. It's advisable to replace in pairs, as previously stated.

I kind of wish I found this Amazon link before I bought mine:
