Default As usual problems after problems

Another problem with my 2003 saab 9-5 arc v6. The problems seems never to finish and to fix them i need to much money. Now today when i saw the engine on the big tube that goes to the throttle body where is a connector there was around it oil. I don't know what this is and should there be oil? And what connector is this and can it be fixed? I made a photo of the connector and i'm posting it here.

And sorry for my bad english

Smoetie sthere is oil there very common in turbo cars. It might be indcating yor turbo is gon but the best thing to do is just wait for it to fail completely ( or enought that you see smoke in teh exhaust.

I had th esame thig sna drove my car another 60K miles before needing to replace th turbo

But this tube is connected to the turbo? It goes to the throttle body. If i get off the connector and clean it is it safe? Or this tube is for the air only? Can I change there something, the tube or the connector or a seal?
