I am about to start taking the top half apart to remove the heads and I cant even get the darn radiator to drain. The light green in color petcock valve is stuck. There are marks on it as if someone in the past had a wrench on the thing, and the black plastic that it screws into is partially cracked. First of all, there is hardly if any room to get any type of tool on it, secondly, what now? It simply is suppose to unscrew, correct?

Just slacken off and pull off the bottom hose - that'll do.
Those drain cocks are a total PITA.

Sounds good, I had easy access to a hose up top, pulled that off and used a small hose to suck a lot of coolant out. However I dont think I got it all, I'll just search for a hose below to pull off.
