With 49,998 miles on the odometer, my 2007 9-3 has been taken to my Saab dealer on a flatbed. They will go through it with a fine tooth comb, and hopefully find any existing issues. It's going to cost me about $100, but I think it will be worth the peace of mind.
Knock on wood, but so far the car has been bulletproof. I'll update my Saab Brethren here after I get it back. |

Just curious....why did you have it taken on a flatbed? Why not just drive it there?

Because his dealer would have to be less than 2 miles away to stay within the original warranty. Kind of cool his dealer is checking over his car without any other reason except his warranty will expire. The whole flatbed truck thing is funny as heck, yet I totally understand.
