Houston Meet-Up?

hey i was wondering if anyone wants to have a houston meet up anytime? i can see we have a good number of houston saabers.

Sorry for begging the question, but would Austin work ? Would be better distance wise for D/FW folks. No biggie, but for me Houston is just sort of a major hike, Austin is more do-able. But I'd have to sort out my schedule as well, but I'd surely like to meet y'all.

if anyone has any ideas on where we want to try to meet post them up otherwise
i can start asking around to see if we can get a vacant parking lot somewhere.

Austin would be great but how many people would show up? Hate to see 4 people only show up.

biggest issue i have with austin is getting my car up there and the time commitment.
my cars too old to make that hike well okay its only got 17000 miles on it and the transmission has zero
but. i dont know. there is always conroe.?

Austin I could do, Houston adds hour+ even at 100MPH each way, so probably not.

Yeah no problem - Austin I could do if I schedule it well in advance and depending on the meet up time, Houston adds hour+ (even at 100MPH) each way, so probably not.

just letting everyone know
if anyone is interested doing a meet in the conroe area i have waterfront property in seven coves and can get space to meet at almost anypoint around the lake.
this would create a kinda halfway point. and i know the area so i could work on space.

im up for whatever everybody agrees for, though conroe may pose some problems for me. if its better for the majority i say do it.

Sounds nice, how much time would that shave off from Dallas by the way ? Don't completely count me out.
