Sorry, "Santa", but the rules apply to most, and to all on our streets and roads. Sleep it off and pay your fine. Then watch the Christmas Carol with George C.

Ahh, i was also gonna quote that line. American cops, after being physical, will say "You do that again and ima have to shoot ya!" - actually saw a cop say that on an episode of cops. Even for minor traffic violations they are usually dicks compared to those European cps.

Canadian cops would prolly say: "Um sorry sir, could you please come out of the car ..... please. If that's ok with you ? Thanks. Sorry about that."

I don't want to sound like a Youtube dumbass and yell 'Fake', but try that with the real police here and the same thing would happen. This is evidently done for some comedy sketch.

If any cops were so incompetent as those two, they would deserve to lose their jobs.

No, there are a few other clues. Lack of Police badge on the back of the hi-viz jacket. No reflective checker tape - it's not even a Police uniform. He's not wearing half the belt kit. The radio traffic was nonsense. He never asked for licence or insurance - it would be the first thing he said, to confirm identity. UK Police don't do nose-touching tests or walk the line for DUI - they all carry breathalysers. And the moment Santa started struggling he would have been cuffed - not had one joker searching the car while the other chases him round it.

I'll call shenanigans as well. I don't see any cop, regardless of being videotaped, allowing a drunken santa to dance up against him ("assault" or "harassing" an officer?) OR piss on a car door. (and he was throwing stuff out the car, can't believe that would've gone on that long)

having said that, here:
http://www.nhregister.com/articles/2...--_puppies.txt

the police (still) seem to be under the impression that this guy was actually going to meet some woman! despite the fact that he had clearly already lied to them!

sorta funny, thought

lol, the one comment says "a true christmas miracle". Miracle? really, this was divine intervention? No, this was a couple of cops being good people, not a miracle.
