Default Immobilizer Failure should i be worried?

My 2004 linear let me know on the dash that i had an immobilizer failure, but i turned the car off and turned it back on with no problems, should i be worried?

Probably not - I had this and some other strange things after I washed my engine bay once. All was fine when things dried out.

Others have reported it when the battery gets old. It might be time to replace it, or at least check and clean the terminals.
