Default Need Help Please

Hello I just purchased my 2004 Saab 9-5 ARC and was wondering if they have automatic locks instead of always locking the doors with the central locking system button?
Also I am confused with how the automatic climate control works? I have read the manual but it doesn't make sense to me on how to program or what I need to do with it.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Auto locks can be adjusted with a Tech 2 I believe.

As for the climate control, what is there not to understand?
It operates the same as the one at home or in the office.
Set it to Auto, set the temp you want, and it does the rest.

Do you mean auto locks when you walk away from the vehicle or auto locks when the car is moving? Auto locks on moving is the anti-hijack feature and can be set as Scott said via Tech II.

The ACC has several functions you can program such as auto recirc at low speed to prevent gasses entering in traffic, also a preset temp/distribution vent on start-up. The rest as Scott said is the same as any other aircon system, set the temp and auto and allow the system to sort out the rest for you. The ECON function stops the compressor and hence makes the fuel economy slightly better (but the car will mist up due to no dehumidifying from the compressor)

The Saab dealer has the Tech II equipment. You don't need to buy one.

Depending on the dealer, they may do it for free (when you have it in for service, for example) or they charge you a fee of about $25 - $50.

They can set the locks to:

autolock
one button push all 4 doors unlock
one button push drivers door unlock, two button push all doors unlock
enable/disable horn when locking/unlocking
