Vibration at 118 km/hr?

We're very happy to be new owners of a 2006 9-3 combi aero. We had to replace the tires and they vibrate at 118 km/hr.

Wheels/tires have been dynamically balanced twice and the problem is still there. Vibration is in the steering wheel and front seat backs.

What do you suggest?

Go back to the shop you bought the tires or did the alignment and demand they make the car stop vibrating. Vibration can be caused by bad tires, bad fitment or bad alignment.

If you ask me most of the times the alignment tool used needs a recalibration (if you do the alignment with the laser method) or the tires are faulty.

Thanks! I should have stayed and asked questions when the work was done. Since the car is new-to-us, I don't know whether the wheels are true.
I believe that a dynamic balance was done with wheels off the car.

i got the same problem, the dealer said its one of the wheels, i went th check the car out side the dealer and they said that the wheels are good shape, i thinks its from the tires.

they are new, but it seem the vibration is caused be them, i'll change them again soon, cause i dont like there performance

original tires was continental, not i got bridgestone

I too would go back to the shop and politely make them find & stop the vibration. It could be a bad tire. I have also heard of odd behavior that goes away once the tires are broken in -- a few hundred miles or so. But I would make sure teh tire shop acknowledges the vibration first -- you don't want them saying "why didn't you bring the tires in sooner; we can't help you now".
