Default I need valve cover torque specs

My motor was rebuilt a couple thousance miles ago, and I have noticed that I am getting a leak around my valve cover. Does anyone have the torque specs for tightening these down on a 96 900s?

The valve cover torque sequence and torque amount (11 lb-ft) is at the end of this TSB. I was surprised how tight the bolts were supposed to be, considering that most of mine were barely finger tight after a few years.

We are dealing with a compressible gasket here, even tightening is more important than the quantity of force/pressure.
16 ft lbs, according to Haynes.
Try some "weak" Locktite on the screws.
