Default Painted Caliper pics!

I just covered up the rotor and spray painted them after scraping off flaking and wire brushing them. They look 1000% better 8) and when I get new pads and rotors next year I will hit them again even though I painted them pretty good.

I will probally get chased by Ricers now. My red calipers will be a clear challenge to their "Type R" stickers.

If you want to see some over the top Rice Burners check out a website called "Beater Z". You will laugh your *** off!

I'm happy to report I have seen just one Saab one these ridiculous car websites. That shows we are a tasteful bunch.

Happy Saabing.

Thanks, they are Ronal RTs, 17"x7.5" and are 4 x 108 bolt pattern. They require 10mm spacers to avoid rubbing the wheel well body. I'm using Proxes FZ-4 ZR-1 215/45/17. I think I want to have a bit taller sidewall next time for a little more piece of mind(potholes, etc). I can't believe these people that run 18s.

These rims and tires kick butt over the stock set-up. Very nice in the turns. 8)

I go camping and use my car for hauling stuff so that is why the back end is raised. I don't want to lower the front and sacrifice comfort. That pic is also on a sloped driveway so it looks a little higher than it actually is.

The totally lowered look is preety cool looking but that's not practical for me at this time.

Here's one site:

http://www.beaterz.com/

They have a C900 with blue racing stripes.

Best, KB.

I will try to locate a riced out 9000 on a different site.

...

While I'm not into the "ricer" thing myself, I don't always think it's right to look down on other people's preferences. The 9000 shown above, is FAR from my tastes, and obvoiusly many other people's here at Saab Central. Hey, at least they like Saab eh? He or she could have always gone with some Honda or another, and had that all 'tricked out', and it probably would have been much less trouble.

As for me, I'll respect the work done to that 9000.

I know... You have to give the guy some credit... I suppose... I mean, it is a custom body kit... but the wing... that thing needs to go.. lol.. as well as the sticker on the sides and needs to get rid of that hideous dual ricer exhaust. Well... i still hate this saab lol.... that is my preference...
