I want mine to match the car (silver). is there anyone on here that has done a DIY job?? and pictures of before and afters?? is this a good idea or should I just break down and buy the already painted parts? Also, I was just reading about a battery and how it was a good run if it lasted 3 years, well I have the original battery in my 03 and im getting many failures ( stability, traction and abs...also lock system?...and no criuse control) i have had the traction stability and abs fixed 2 times and it keeps coming back...are we thinking a new batter would be good? It sometimes takes 2 turns of the key to get saabrina going Thanks for all your awesome advice guys

Def get a new battery and see if it fixes your electrical nightmares, your problems are very common though in 03's.

As for paint matching yeah people have done it and it turns out very well. take the moldings off the car and spray them and it should look very well.

One person on here lives near me and had it done to his silver arc. looks very good. wtfwill is his username
