Hello all
I'm the new owner of a mythical 99 turbo 1980 I'm looking for a part list book because the precedent owner has started to dismount the whole car and now before to bring back home the car I want to be sure that nothing is missing. Thank you very much for your help Best regards BOFIX |

Found it:

Hi Boxfix and welcome
It sounds like you've taken on quite a challenge!! Nutcase is correct, those fiches don't fully cover the 1980 turbo, but will give a fair idea of what should go where! The main differences to the turbo specific parts of the fiches (other than 1980 being 2-door!) were
But to be honest, given how easily these cars rust, if you've got a half decent bodyshell (?) then pretty much anything else can be obtained, though obviously better to avoid that expense where possible... Looking forward to some pictures!! |

Thank you MARK_A for theses informations
It's sound incredible but the car I've bought has a rustfree body because it has been stored for many years in a warehouse. I will bring back home the car in june (I can't do it before for professionnal reasons) and will be able at this moment to send some pictures. The car will need a new spray but I want first of all to protect it completly with a rust protection paint. @nutcase & MARK_A: the informations coming from the link http://community.webshots.com/user/fiche99 are excellent but Webshop doesn't allow to print document without author agrement. I can't find on Webshot author's email in way to ask him his agrement. Does someone has an another good idea for part list book or diapositives? best regards |

Not sure if this will be much help, but happy to photograph any part of my 99 Turbo to make sure everything is where it should be.
Sounds like an interesting project. A good bodyshell is probably the most difficult thing to find for a 99T. |

You know that there's our 99T , sleeping 3 miles far from you if you need to see it in details ?But I undertstand that you'd like to be sure that nothing is missing before you bring it back home . Maybe the hardest thing to find will be the right nuts and bolts

Thank you for your proposition, two 99 turbo at the same place is so incredible but as you know you have inoculated to me the saab virus. Sorry at everyone for my poor english, is it not so easy for me to write down my complete thoughts. |
