second year running my car as passed its M.O.T with not a single fault

Mine usually does OK. I think next year will be the decider

Rust in bonnet, rear quarters and rear wheel arches. Brown streaks around sills. Nothing too terminal (apart from the rust in the struts ).

I fancy a 9-5 estate so I can get the 50cc glider tug in with the helis and the 30cc 'ers...........

I'm going to brag too, this weekend i finally tightened my e-brake! So if i had an inspection to pass i would!

why would having a stage 5 not pass ?

Mine did only scrape throw on imisiions the inspesktor said.which i thought a little odd due to its abbotts cat being less than a year old..

Well, since I have big injectors and a big turbo, it raises emissions obviously because of the increase in fuel and air that are being combusted in the engine.

I have no clue lol, Im going to be closer to the edge of legal for my states emissions (Connecticut). I have no clue how people pass when the UK is so much more strict.

Emissions are more a function of how well the engine is combusting rather than how much. If you get noticeably higher emissions after tuning, I would double check your values.

Had mine yesterday and was fine on emissons on a stage 5/6 tune.(T5-suite)
Fast idle test:
CO: 0.195
HC: 32
Lambda: 1.001 bang in the middle!

All at 2550rpm
