i just ordered what looks like the same I/C. Can't wait to install now that I've seen yours. Looks great! what size elbows did you use and how did you attach to the existing piping?

the only thing regret is that there isnt really great mounting sports on the intercooler to mount brackets to hold it up.

looks nice. apart from rerouting the turbo side and the coolant hose, it looks like adapting it to the existing tubing was relatively straightforward.

....was it?

i've been looking into upgrading mine, so it's a question i must ask.

is this an ebay special? I was thinking about doing an all custom FMIC setup using piping and IC from ebay, but that seemed like too much work for the 200 bucks id save over an ETS--but this gives me new hope...

could you provide any details (where to buy, $$, install tips)?

glad to know it was easy. some of them are easy, others apparently took a lot of work in order to fit.

did you actually put on the 9-3 coolant hose? i took a look at my radiator today, and it looks as if the stock hose on the 900 allows just enough room to slip an intercooler tube through with some careful planning.

the trick is making the piping work fro the turbo to the intercooler, the trickest part is that there is not a lot of hight between the a/c lines and the turbo compressor outlet

.....and apart from looking nice, it has done........what?

[P.S. I rate a large intercooler over and above the 3" downpipe. Therefore expecting some sort of rave about top end and very low end responses!]
