Default Location of OBD II Port - '01 9-5

Check engine light is on for the '01 9-5 (daughter's car at school). Is the port located in the obvious spot under the steering column? I'll be travelling to Potdam on Saturday and the Advance Auto store has free use of their handheld scanner.

By the way, this light came on after outside temps dipped way down to about 0. It went off after a warm up last week, but is back on now that the temps have dropped again. No idea what temperature has to do with it, but I'll post the results of the scan next week.

Yes. "Diagnostic Port"

The drop down door to access the OBD-II port is immediately above the driver's right knee for US spec cars. You may need to park where you can open the door fully.
