It would probably get built before an Aero X or the 9-1 Biohybrid.

it looks like a spaceship of some kind. the wheels remind of that little ko-cart thing that they used to drive around mars.

And who would buy it ? Imagine the first customer's conversation with his neighbor:

"Hey Bob, look what I just bought me ?"

"WTF ?!?!?"

"Yeah, how did you know ?"

Haha, at least they named it appropriately!

Although the idea of a 100 year car is pretty cool.

Celebrities and people with too much money are the ones that would buy it. It's wild and crazy styling and if you stick a crazy price tag on it people will flock to it just to be able to have something exclusive. Looking at this car made me think of that Caparo T1. It's a horrible car and on numerous tests something has broken on the car or the thing has caught on fire. You can only drive it on the track and good luck not killing yourself while doing so. Those with the means to buy it still want it and it's because of the exclusivity.

To the guy above, your tax dollars are paying for a lot of things more wasteful than this that cost 10 or 20 times more.

I think with all this GM/SAAB restructuring, now is the golden opportunity for SAAB (with Swedish gov't support) to buy out Koenigsegg Automotive AB (KAAB). That way, SAAB will have super-duper exotic halo cars like the CCX and CCXR that fetch hundreds of thousands of $ each (at least) that celebrities will flock to.
