Default Advice needed for brake fluid change: access the spigot

I tried turning the wheel/tire to one side. I can barely see/feel the front spigot on the brake calipers. I was thinking of giving up and waiting until I take off the snow tires in March. With the tire/wheel off, access is very easy.

Is there an easier way than waiting until March? (ha, ha, the easier way is to leave it undone! )

I doubt it. When I helped my mechanic do it the tires and rotors were off.
