Where was the sign stating "This is a parking lot" ?
Otherwise, it is personal property and no signs should be necessary..
And with visibility not so good and snow on the ground, a man must proceed with caution.

There should be a barrier around that water. An elderly couple fell into something similar here once and nearly drowned. There was no snow it was just dark. Even a low concrete curb type thing or a couple of bollards.

Where was this? russia? I cant imagine something like that would be allowed in most countries, there have to be regulations... I don't think you can have any water in the united states that isn't natural without a fence around it.

I am also wondering... why is there even a pool type thing there at all? They want to surround the office building with a MOAT or something? I mean nobody can swim in that right next to the street so it isn't a pool, and it is far too deep to be a decorative fountain type thing. Why is that there? What is it for?

But they could if they wanted to ......

If I had the money to buy a RR, whether it's the RR Sport, LR2 or LR3, I'd take them off-road in heart's beat !

It looks like a dumb action at first but I can see this happen to me as well. Especially first thing in the morning when I am hardly awake.. That business is at fault here.
