Over the years

So as i come close to 1000 post i decided to go through the many threads iv started and the threads iv posted in and its crazy how much iv learned over the years because of this forum, when i read the first few threads i created i feel stupid. I asked some silly questions when i first joined. I think its necessary for me to thank everyone that helped me when i first joined and everyone who put up with my stupid questions (thanks to everyone who still help me on a daily basis)

i think you all should go through the first few threads you created and tell me how you feel reading the first few questions you ever posted about your saabs

Thats a great idea and I did just that. It does make you think how much you have learned and how you could be able to resolve a similiar issue much easier now. Now if only I could get some help understanding my girlfriend..... (yes I am spending another night in the dog house, for what, I have no idea...atleast theres beer and I prepared a plate of left overs for later and my dog lexi seems to be enjoying my company!!!!)

1/2 of them were deleted by our beloved moderators (with reason) and the other 1/2 had me banned a couple of times.
Meanwhile I have learnt to put more ice cubes in the whiskey and .... to enjoy this great bunch of SAABists ..

Well I own a 96 900SE turbo with 67K miles on it. It has been running perfect and the only thing wrong with it is that itll say "low coolant" on the SID when there is enough in the resevour.

So on Sunday there was a local autocross happening that I went to with my car. Curious to see my mpg i reset my SID panel to start anew. Well after the first or second run my check engine light came on. It was still running fine, i checked under the hood for anything out of the ordinary but found nothing. I did 2 more runs and then called it a day.

4.6mpg.

well i drove home and the check engine light stayed on. I have no idea what for and should I take it in to get serviced?

This was my first post, almost 5 years ago. Man where has the time gone? I have gone from, should I take in to get service on a CEL to swapping NG900 motors.

My first post was so long ago it no longer exists. I seem to recall I was advised to put anti-squeal on my brakepads.
