Default Questions regarding upgrading

Giday,
I was hoping that someone could assist me with the following Questions.
I wish to do the 'twin rear sway bar' fitment to my 1996 900S, and was wondering if anyone who has done it could advise of the size of the bolts used? I hope to be prepared having all the necessary parts when I start breaking the current bolts.
(its far too expensive importing an upgrade bar from the USA or Europe given the current Aussie dollar)

Secondly, I am seeking whther anyone has upgraded the 3 bar fuel pressure regulator in their V6 to a 4 bar? For consistent fuel pressure. I have heard that I can fit any 4 bar fuel pressure regulator. Is this correct?

Thanks in advance
Jason
