Default Diverter Valve question
Quick question about the DV. I pulled the DV from the recirculating side and plugged the hole to see how she'd idle with it venting to atmosphere. My question is, when I pulled it there was air leaking from the DV and is it supposed to be? There was air flowing right through it. Does that indicate it's bad? Or is that how the diaphram style works? She idled great when i covered the DV to stop the air from flowing right out. Any help is appreciated!

Mine does it. Does it idle bad without you covering the hole up?

it's a little erratic, yes. when i cover it up, it evens out
