So I go from having too much boost, and the wastegate letting out all the boost when I need it.. To consistent base boost and a Whoosh Cho cho cho cho after every slight acceleration ( coming from the intake ) I always hit 9si on my boost gauge, and never hit the red on my saab gauge. A frequent owl sound as well.

I must say I am enjoying the consistent boost. Only if it could be consistent 13psi! Wooh, that'd be awesome eh?

Sounds like your bypass valve is dead.

yep and i would change that out ASAP since things like this put on enormous strain on the turbo...
