Default rebuild kit include the hall sensor?

So yea, I just need the hall sensor but if I have to buy the whole distributor, that's ok. Does this rebuild kit include the hall sensor?

That kit, as pictured, includes the Hall Effect Transmitter and Shutter Wheel.

right. well I would hate to ask the stupid question 'so will it fix my problem', however, I don't know much about the technical design of a distributor. Im having a problem with hall sensor failure causing no fuel injector spark. Hall sensor is not currently producing oscillating voltage only steady 8.9v. Would this kit be enough to replace the required components of the hall sensor to possibly correct this problem?
