spark plugs for stage 1?

Hi i should be taking the plunge in the next few weeks and going with a stage 1 tune just wondering what spark plugs i should put in my car before i tune?

The same ones for stages 1-5 is the ngk bcr7es-11 gapped to about 1.0mm

Just before you buy the Stage 1; how old is your cat and DP?

I went Stage 1 then Stage 3 shortly afterwards when the stock exhaust dropped off. Could have saved a few £££££

Im running stg 4, and I have some super nice iriduim plugs in her... then I had a mis fire.

When I asked Nick why in gods name that would happen, we eventually narrowed it down to the plugs. Our cars are so fine tuned that using any plugs other than the stock ones throws off some of the other things the plugs do.

Yea, I am getting old I too tried the irredium 8's and they caused mis-fires in my car too!
