Depends on whether you could keep the work a secret from my wife! ;-)
I don't know, to be honest. There was a dealership in Rhode Island that used to do the performance stuff (WigWam)...of course, they just closed, too. |

if your shop is dedicated just to saabs, you might not do so well.
you should make the shop open to all car owners. |

Depends on what SAAB's you'd want to work on. If it's the 03 on models with the Ecotec motors, then you could do a lot of other, similar cars. Such as the Solstice GXP, Cobalt (and new Turbo SS, which is still a 2.0l Ecotec I believe) It also depends on what kind of work you'll be doing. |

YOU contradicted yourself.
I think I said that in my earlier post. Because he said he wants to open a Saab performance shop. Thats being specific, I said it would be better to open it up as a general performance shop meaning other cars. |

Hey Will,
I tired to send you a PM but your mailbox is over the size limit. I just checked out your car on cardomain and it looks very nice. I have a question regarding your bumper skirt. Where did you get that or did you modify the stock one? I have an '04 9-3 linear and want to get a new bumper skirt so I can get to and see my exhaust. Any suggestions? Thanks, J51 |

There's this place in NJ, I came across them a few years ago when
I had my 2nd 900. http://www.group9performance.com/saab.html I guess that would be the competition. Edit: As I recall they did exhausts. tunes etc. but it seems they've downsized. |

a performance shop in Northern NJ would be great. Since alot of the GM cars use similar engines, you could open it as a GM Performance shop, which would probably give you alot more customers as well as a lot more money.
