Default Best method of cleaning fuel injector / fuel lines?

My oil change mechanic recommend a specific additive to clean out my fuel injector lines and improve acceleration and mileage. He then said he couldn't use it on my 93 9000 CSE because of the Turbo.

Are there any fuel injector / fuel line cleaner additives that are recommended for a Saab Turbo? Or do I need to go a different route? How often should fuel lines be cleaned? My car has 90K miles on it, and I dont' know if they've ever ben cleaned.

buy some Chevron: Techron Works great! Follow the bottles instructions, it really does work, the only PROVEN engine treatment that works like it promises. I have seen improvements in 2 outta 2 cars it's been used in. It's Fuel Injection Cleaner, cleans your injectors nicely, but i only use maybe one bottle every few months... cheaper that way

none that i've or anyone i know has ever heard rummor about. Take a shot on some, i bought a 4 pack from a warehouse place for like $21 each bottle normally is like $6-8 Little steep, but once in awhile it's worth it. Make sure you get Chevron brand, black bottle round base and thins out to a narow pour spout kinda shape.

best way to clean injectors is to take them out and send them to a shop that will clean/flow match them for you. or check out what this guy did:
