Default Any opinions on Karlyn brand controll arms?

Both my ball joints are shot, and I need to order up something. OE Saab parts are like $260, but these aftermarket ones are $140. Febi/Bilstein ones are $160. Priced from Eeuro. Saabsite has "OEM" at $205. But that is still too much I think. Nick does a pair for $150, I trust his stuff, and he supports the site. Called, and they are scantech.

Scantech is a reputable Swedish aftermarket and OE parts manufacturer for Saab and other vehicles. Some parts they make are better than others. I have one Scantech (passenger side) control arm currently, for going on two years now, with no problems as yet.

If you REALLY want to save money, I redid mine with used arms in top condition that I found on Car-part.com.

Then I discovered they didn't really need replacing after all.....

Yeah, I found a deal from Fishers Imports here in VA, got complete units both arms for both sides. So I'll strip em, clean em, and press out the crap rubber in a few weeks.
