ive had convertibles before and i know that most suffer a bit of body shake /twist but the saab gm900 seems to be made of jelly ... is this normal can it be made amy better ...

How's the under body? A rotted under body or frame support could be the culprit.

There is something else wrong there I would guess. Mine is admittedly a bit newer; but other than a little shimmy now and again it is solid as a rock.

like jelly? it's that bad? mine suffers some convertible twist and the typical ng900 wandering steering and torque steer, but it feels quite stable. a '95 900 'vert that i test drove though had some really bad convertible twist among a series of suspension and steering problems.
