Fake Buyer! Please Read

A couple of months ago I listed my Viggen intercooler on this website. I got a couple replies and of course went with the one that gave me more. After waiting for this guy's check for a month and a half, it was fake. The agreement was for $150 and he sent me $3500. The check looked like he printed it off his computer, (no watermarks, crappy ink, perforated edges, etc.). So the bank confirmed my fears. Luckily I didn't deposit it or send him the intercooler. I am just giving everyone a head's up and to be very cautious of your buyer. His name was Claude Phillipe. I tried to get in touch with this crook and of course he can't every be reached. Claude Phillipe is a scam artist!

Let me guess, he asked you to send back the difference in price. This is a VERY common sceme.

When I bought my Firebird, the poor old guy that sold it to me got taken for several grand from a similar sceme. I felt bad for him cause he couldn't afford it.

It is a metal box, silver in color with a weight of about 150kg, the box is declared as containing diplomatic /inheritance documents only. The name of the Courier Company based in London is Air Courier International Ltd

Call me immediately so that I can give you the phone and fax numbers of the courier company in London so that you confirm when the consignment will arrive.

I choose to do this for you because I studied your file and discovered that you have paid a lot of money before abandoning this consignment and I believe you will compensated me well when you receive the consignment.

Note: I know the content of the Box because I could see the amount you are being owned by the Federal Government. This is why I decided to get involved. You must also know that this arrangement do not concern all the people you were dealing with in Nigeria before today as this consignment/Payment has been surrendered to the Government. Hence my involvement
