Philadelphia Auto Show 2008

So I just got back from the Auto show. It was a really good time and for $12 well worth it to spend the day there. They had many 08 production cars there, a couple concepts, DUB modified cars, modified Subaru's and Honda's. They had a couple Lamborghini's, Ferrari's, and Maserati's. The Audi R8 was there too. It was pretty sick.

The Auto show was very packed and for $12 a pop I'm sure they made plenty of money off of it running for 8 days straight. If any of you guys want to check it out, tomorrow is its last day. It is at the Convention Center in Philadelphia, PA. The pictures I got turned out Ok. They could have been better but it was so packed I took what I could get. Sitting in the production car were very cool also.

On the SAAB side, I got to sit in the new 9-5 Aero and 9-3 Aero. Very cool cars. The 9-5 Aero had the most supple, soft seats I have ever sat in. I still see some of the older SAAB touches that GM left in them. Like the automatic shifter, the locks, and the "oh ****" bars on the doors. The SAAB section was actually the smallest. I think they had about 4 cars.

i was there saturday too. it was too crowded. all the knobs on the interiors were missing and i wondered why. then i saw there was this commotion b/c this guy was trying to steal a radio out of a murano and these spectators near him saw him and started yelling at him and he got all threatening and screamed at them and then he ran away.

oddly all the cars i was excited to see, i really didn't end up liking. i was happy to be in my own car.

I went the first weekend it opened up. In the gala there were some pro atheletes floating around. It wasnt crowded at all. my FAV thing there was the rally cayenne that was silver and orange.
