Restoration underhood stickers?

I've looked all over the net for underhood restoration stickers, particularly the "ATTENTION" fan warning one. No luck. Does anybody know of a source for these or am I gonna have to figure out how to scan or create one?

When I was restoring my motorcycle, I found there were several places that could make a decal from a photograph. A quick google search found this http://www.reproductiondecals.com/de...sist.html~main

I would try taking a digital photo and then printing it on mylar or some other clear medium. Don't know how well the inks will last in an underhood environment but its worth a try.

The problem is it's not there now so taking a pic is a "no-go." I may be able to find one on a shot of someone else's car, though. If I do, I'll post that. By the way, is there supposed to be a vacuum line/emissions routing sticker under there? It would come in handy as none of my manuals seem to have a routing diagram.
