Rear driver side door handle won't work from outside. About a year ago same failure on front passenger door.
Is this common? Front driver side window also went haywire a few months ago and was fixed. Now it is acting odd again (changing directions), but still works. Any advice appreciated. |

There's a cast metal 'actuator arm' that pulls against the tab that operates the mechanism. Eventually it cracks. I've replaced both of the fronts and now a rear door is not working. You can get a replacement arm from a dealer.

alright - i've also just realized the reason my front windshield won't defog is due to my front fan not working. brought it back to the dealer tonight to get that and the door fixed.
Thanks |
