Storing my SAAB

I won't be driving my Saab for 12 months, I have a wooden garage which it can live in but what other preparations should I make for storage. The plan is to get some essential repairs done on it by the garage e.g. brakes and welding and can use some of the storage time for general maintenance (nothing too technical). I will declare SORN to save some money if it will be okay not to be driven for a while. Any suggestions?
